Tennis Score Keeper - Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing our product, Tennis Score Keeper. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are intended to ensure your safe and satisfactory use of our product and set out the conditions governing your use of the product and services provided by Hangzhou Xinbei Time Software Co., Ltd. ("we", "our company", or "Tennis Score Keeper"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our product.
1. Registration and Account
1.1 Registration requirements. To use Tennis Score Keeper, you need to create an account. You must provide true and accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account information secure. You may not create multiple accounts or register under a false identity.
1.2 Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password against unauthorized access. If you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised, you should notify us immediately.

3. License to Use
3.1 License grant. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use Tennis Score Keeper and related services. This license is for your personal use only and may not be transferred or sublicensed to others.
3.2 Restrictions. You agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, damage, misuse, or create derivative works based on Tennis Score Keeper. You also agree not to use the product for unlawful activities.
4. User Conduct
4.1 Lawful use. You agree to use Tennis Score Keeper only within the scope permitted by law and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Improper conduct. You may not misuse Tennis Score Keeper, including but not limited to spreading false information, harassing others, infringing intellectual property rights, or violating the privacy of others. Improper conduct will be considered a breach of this Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership. Tennis Score Keeper contains materials protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos. We reserve all rights to these materials.
5.2 License scope. Under this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use materials within Tennis Score Keeper, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute such materials.
6. Service Changes
6.1 Change notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Tennis Score Keeper or related services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, but advance notice may not always be possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Risk of use. You understand and agree that use of Tennis Score Keeper involves risks, including but not limited to the accuracy and availability of information. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the product.
8. Termination
8.1 Our right to terminate. We may terminate this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion and refuse your continued use of Tennis Score Keeper.
8.2 Your right to terminate. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of Tennis Score Keeper. After termination, you must stop using the product.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Negotiation or arbitration. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable settlement or arbitration before resorting to court proceedings.
9.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in Hangzhou, China.
10. Additional Terms
10.1 No assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party.
10.2 Entire agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior oral or written understandings regarding the subject matter.

11.2 Effectiveness. A notice shall be deemed effective immediately after being sent.
12. Governing Law
12.1 Governing law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in Hangzhou.
